Where to Start?

A training plan is like a work of art.  With all the micro and macro cycles, different phases, different conditioning; it’s almost like poetry. 

Sometimes deciding where to begin is the hardest part when designing your season.  But it doesn’t have to be.

Depending on your sport, finding out where your body is can take less than an hour.  Using assessments offered by Transition Point Training, you will understand where your body is today.  Think of it like a snap shot of your abilities.  We can find your:

  • Top speed
  • Aerobic zones
  • Strength Endurance
  • Peak strength
  • Power output
  • And so on!

After the assessment, it’s gravy.  Think of it as an instruction manual about you.

Honestly, I can’t guess what you need.  Everyone is different.  The assessments will show what you need.  What you need need to focus on.    

The science is in you.  We just have to find out what your body is trying to say.
