WOTD: Inch worms

Inch worms (not the insect) are a great dynamic stretch to perform before or after a workout.  Begin this stretch by getting into the downward dog (yoga) position.  Next, walk your hands forward away from your feet.  Keeping the chest tight, you should get into a plank position.  Then walk your feet up to meet your hands.  Repeat several time.  An added bonus is to do an upward dog prior to entering the plank position.

Add 5-10 inchworms to before or after next workout to help increase blood flow from head to toe!
