WOTD: Swim set

The goal of the set is progressive intensity.

WARM UP (800):

200 as swim

200 as Mod B3535

200 as Build

200 as Fast

1’ extra rest after each set

1st time: no toys; repeat on 4:00

2nd time: PPP; repeat on 3:40

3rd time fins: repeat on 3:20

Cool Down (400m):

8 x 50 (on 1:00) as IM order (or drill)

Fins ok
