100 choice

200 as 25 skull/150 swim/25 skull

300 as 3 x (25 kick fast/75 kick moderate)

400 as 4 x (25 IMO stroke (fly/back/breast/free)/75 moderate)

Repeat 2-4 times

6 x 50 as fast on 1:10

1 minute of rest

4 x 100 as fast on 2:15

300 ch
