Training Day: Aug 12

Start of Day: 5:50am

6:45-7:20am: Strength/activation session (Rolling, stretching with band, SL squats, plank)

7:25-8:20am: Aerobic/technical road run + Farimont Trail.  Worked on keeping right leg from crossing mid-line.  Goal was to keep training below aerobic threshold.

12:00-12:55pm: Pool swim (2500m).  Technical swim with several lengths of single arm swim.

4:35-7:15pm: Group road bike ride with the Highland Bike shop group.  Several efforts above anaerobic threshold.
