6:45-7:30am: Dog walk
9:00-9:30am: Strength/activation session (Rolling, stretching with band, SL squats, plank)
12:00-12:50pm: Swim. Took video of stroke. Main-set was 3 sets of 3 x 100 (100), Build (1:45), Strong (1:50), Fast (1:55). Used the Finis Tempo Trainer for most of the workout. Set to 0.73 (Build/Strong) and 0.71 (Fast).
