Training Day: Aug 14

Wake-up: 6:00am

6:45-7:30am: Dog walk

9:00-9:30am: Strength/activation session (Rolling, stretching with band, SL squats, plank)

11:00-11:50am: Aerobic/technical road run + St.FX Trail.  Worked on keeping right leg from crossing mid-line.  Goal was to keep training heart rate below aerobic threshold.

12:00-12:50pm: Swim.  Took video of stroke.  Main-set was 3 sets of 3 x 100 (100), Build (1:45), Strong (1:50), Fast (1:55).  Used the Finis Tempo Trainer for most of the workout.  Set to 0.73 (Build/Strong) and 0.71 (Fast).

5:15-6:00pm: Dog walk
