Training Day: August 15-17

August 15: Woke-up at 5:45am: Ocean swim followed up by a 2.5 hour MTB ride.

August 16: Wake-up at 7am and on the bike at 8:45am.  Rode 150K at mostly Z1-2 intensity.  Left Antigonish and headed to Baddeck for a friends post-post-wedding celebration.  Followed the ride up with a post-dip swim in the ocean!
